The Richard and Mary Schuttera Foundation. This is a scholarship fund that will be awarded to students attending Anderson University in Indiana or OSU Mansfield. When possible, preference shall be given to an applicant who is a member in good standing of the First Church of God, an applicant needs to provide a letter of recommendation from the Pastor of a Mansfield area Protestant church of which the applicant is a member in good standing
