Carrousel Community Trust
The mission of Richland Carrousel Park, Inc. (RCP) is to provide entertainment to people living here as well as visitors to Richland County. It is intended to be a catalyst for the rejuvenation of downtown Mansfield. The RCP will create a positive atmosphere for existing business and for attracting new business to downtown Mansfield.
