The Women’s Fund of the Richland County Foundation will announce this year’s grant recipients during a luncheon Friday, November 7 at Westbrook Country Club. The Women’s Fund also will announce the recipient of the JoAnn Dutton Volunteer Service Award.

Registration for Richland Gives, an online giving event hosted by the Richland County Foundation (RCF), opens August 1. It is free; however, Richland County based nonprofits must register each year.

During the Richland County Foundation’s annual meeting, President & CEO Allie Watson reported that the Foundation granted $8,771,101 in 2024. Donors continued to be very generous, and gifts for the year totaled $8,721,037.
The Foundation Funds career technical education scholarships and other community needs

The Richland County Foundation Board of Trustees approved grants totaling $293,288.70 during its April meeting. The Foundation is supporting summertime programs focused on children. The Board of Trustees approved 27 Summertime Kid grants totaling $59,000.
