Supporting Nonprofit Organizations That Strengthen Our Community

The Richland County Foundation partners with nonprofit organizations to address emerging needs and create positive change in our community. Through a variety of grant programs, we provide funding that helps organizations develop innovative solutions, expand successful initiatives, and improve quality of life for Richland County residents.

Grant Opportunities

We offer multiple grant programs designed to meet diverse community needs. Each program has specific guidelines, application processes, and deadlines.

Publicity Guidelines

When you receive a grant from the Richland County Foundation, please follow these publicity guidelines.

Our primary grantmaking program supports a wide range of community initiatives throughout the year.

In making grants from unrestricted and field of interest funds, the Richland County Foundation looks to partner with nonprofit organizations to respond to current community needs. The Foundation encourages 501(c)(3) organizations to partner with the Foundation to provide charitable programs to Richland County residents.

Guidelines

Contact a Community Investment Officer (Siera Marth-May or Bobby Rhea) to schedule an initial meeting. We prefer to discuss an organization’s needs prior to a grant application submission.
