Learn Self Defense at a Free Seminar at the Library

Tuesday, March 21, 2017 - 6:00pm

Women and men are welcome to attend a Defensive Tactical Instruction Seminar March 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library in the Community Room.

The seminar is hosted by the Women’s Fund of the Richland County Foundation.

Mansfield Police Department and SWAT Team Member Sergeant Joseph Soehnlen will demonstrate the following:

How to Resist an Attacker
Escape Tactics
Choke Holds
General Defensive Awareness

Participants should dress casually in workout clothes with minimal jewelry and be prepared to participate in an interactive seminar.
