Become a Member

Thank you for your interest in joining Connections. Your membership supports the Connections endowment fund, annual grantmaking, and social events.

Annual membership dues are $150.00 for individuals and $250.00 for couples.

Payment Options

Online through your credit card : Please complete the membership form and proceed to the payment portion through Paypal. Note: PayPal securely processes your online donation either on your credit card or through your PayPal account. If you are having any problems making your gift, please call us at 419-525-3020.

Mail a check: You can mail a check for your membership to Richland County Foundation c/o Connections, 24 West Third Street, Suite 100, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. Please fill out the form below, print a copy and mail it with your check.

You will receive acknowledgement of the tax deductible portion of your membership: Couples ($210 tax deductible, individuals $130 tax deductible)
