$312,208 in Grants Awarded to Area Nonprofits
Annual grant awards to 42 nonprofit organizations in Richland County were recently made from funds established to support these organizations. Interim President Doug Freer commented, “Grant awards from Designated Funds are made each February from the earnings of these funds. Donors can establish a fund that will support one or more of their favorite local charities, while the charities can establish a fund to provide long-term financial support to their organization.”
