Richland County Foundation awards grant for up to $500,000
for NCSC Capital Campaign
The Richland County Foundation Board of Trustees recently approved a multi-year grant of up to $500,000 to North Central State College Foundation for their Opening Doors Capital Campaign.
Richland County and the North Central Ohio region has one of the lowest rates of post-secondary education attainment in all of Ohio. Pam Siegenthaler, Foundation President, said, “It is imperative that we encourage and support additional education beyond high school and have workforce development programs that will prepare our citizens to meet the needs of a more technological economy.”
Granted from the Charles R. Underhill and Katherine L Parker Funds.
