Classroom Teachers Receive Grants
On May 25, Richland County Foundation presented Teacher Assistance Program (TAP) grants for the 2011-2012 school year to local teachers held at the Mansfield/Richland County Main Library. The grants were awarded for creative and innovative supplemental programs not covered by school funding.
The Teacher Assistance Program committee presented awards this year to seven Richland County school districts including:
