Richland County Foundation Awards  $189,450
to Area Nonprofits from Donor Advised Funds

Richland County Foundation’s Board of Trustees recently approved the following grants from several donor advised funds. These grants were made at the suggestion of the donor to support local nonprofit organizations:

The flexibility and convenience of a donor advised fund can greatly facilitate charitable giving to the community. A donor can make a contribution in one fiscal year and suggest grants for many years to come. The suggestions follow certain guidelines and must be approved by the board of trustees.
