One local organization, one gift, can support many charitable interests. Richland County Foundation is a permanent community endowment.

What are the tax advantages?
Contributions to Richland County Foundation receive the maximum tax advantage available by law.

How much do I have to give to be a Foundation donor?
Any amount you want; no amount is too small.

What funds may I contribute to?
Any fund at Richland County Foundation. Many donors support the Community Endowment Fund, any of the several endowment funds that support our local public charities, or other funds that have a broad direction, such as for scholarships or The Women’s Fund.

What opportunities are available for permanent recognition?
In addition to establishing your own fund, amounts of $1,000 or more to either the Fellowship Fund (unrestricted), The Women’s Fund (directed to support women and girls) or $2,500 or more to the RCF Consolidated Scholarship Fund will be permanently recognized in the Foundation’s Annual Report.

Can I be anonymous?

By contributing $10,000 or more and signing an agreement of transfer that contains your directions. See section on how to establish a fund for details.
