| Undergraduate College Scholarship Grant Program The Foundation’s largest scholarship program is the undergraduate college scholarship grant program. The Foundation has over 30 special scholarship funds that provide the monies to offer the undergraduate college grant program. In addition, the Foundation has special scholarship funds that have been established to provide financial aid for high school students attending St. Peters, students graduating from the Ashland County West Holmes Career Center studying Machining and graduate students studying Library or Information Science. Scholarship recipients will receive either a grant from a special scholarship fund (list attached to the grant application) or from unrestricted funds.
Richland County Foundation’s undergraduate college scholarships are based on financial need. Students must be attending an accredited college or university on a full-time basis, maintain primary residency in Richland County, Ohio. New applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to apply.
