The Women's Fund
Making a Difference for Women and Girls
The mission of The Women’s Fund of the Richland County Foundation is
to promote philanthropy among women, and to build a permanent fund,
which will provide funding to programs and projects in the Richland County
area that empower women to achieve their full potential.
The Women’s Fund was established in 1996 as a permanent endowment to provide funding to programs and projects in the Richland County area that are not typically funded from other sources. The Advisory Committee awards grants that promote the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, economic and cultural growth of women of all ages. Organizations that are eligible to receive grants include 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, and health service organizations.
