Apply for a Grant

The Foundation encourages 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve Richland County residents to partner with Richland County Foundation in order to provide programs and services that address the current and emerging needs of the community.

Organizations eligible to receive grants from the Foundation include 501(c)(3) public charities, schools and government entities.

Grantwriting Workshop
Grantwriting workshops are held periodically in partnership with the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library. The presentation includes instruction on using the Foundation Center database, an overview of the Richland County Foundation and its grant process, and principles of good grantwriting.
